Where has time gone

Once you start having children time really goes so fast. It is hard to believe that it took us almost 3 years to get our first little man, and now we have our second. A family of 3 now a family of 4. Uncle Todd took this photo for us in November of 2007. So I was about 4 months pregnant. Lil' Todd has added a few inches to his height and has a broader vocabulary. He is also a spitfire. He is non-stop from dusk till dawn. He is obsessed with the pool and loves to play in it. He has formed quite an attachment to our family dog. He calls her gugar. He loves to count but still mostly says 2..5...2...5... over and over and over. Nate is still working for the old Altiris now Symantec and enjoying his job. I keep trying to convince him he should take a dedicated position somewhere on the east coast so I can be closer to my family but, he keeps reminding me that he loves what he's doing. So I have to settle with the daily phone calls home.

Well I guess it has been a long time since we've posted on our family blog. Quite a bit has happened since our last entry. Todd is growing bigger and smarter every day. It is hard to believe he will be 2 this fall. Christian Noble Keith was born on April 11, 2008. We were very excited to welcome him into the world. After a few very scary weeks, some time spent in the NICU and the Pediatric unit we are happy to say he is doing well and he is home and a very good sleeper.

Funnies: Recently we moved all of the toys to the basement so that he could make a mess without it being all over the living room. I went to the top of the stairs and called his name to check on him. He appeared at the bottom of the stairs obediently and said " Mom, what's up with dat?" I told him he was ok to keep playing but I couldn't stop laughing about his response all day.
